Strategy

August 8th, 2010

If you are asking yourself, “Why aren’t people working on the right things?” you will find a strategic review and audit helpful. We will help you clarify your intended strategy and determine what is impeding alignment and action.

We assess and resolve common issues that prevent reaching consensus on a strategy or staying aligned around it once it’s been determined. Some examples of struggles we often see around the area of strategy:

  • People jumping to the First Best Answer or having the “spectacular idea,” indicating the Old Brain is in charge
  • A struggle to agree because of turf wars or other territorial fears
  • Fear of failure, fear of one or more specific competitors, disbelief that one’s own people capabilities are sufficient for the job
  • Getting caught in stereotypic thinking, or being victims of comfort

If any of these areas strikes a cord with you, we want to help. Feel free to contact us for additional information!
